Anne Walters, landlady of the Swan With Two Necks, helps brew her own beer at Shugborough

Anne made a big hit with her regulars as her own brew, N'ked at the Swan, went on sale for a short while.

She brewed her batch of the pale ale at the Shugborough Estate Brewery, near Stafford, under the tuition and guidance of Staffordshire's Titanic Brewery.

As Anne said "It has given me the opportunity to learn how to make beer as opposed to keeping and conditioning beer so it has been a good experience".
